SureLock OS is a government contracting operations platform developed and operated by SureLock LLC ("SureLock," "we," "us"), a Washington State limited liability company (UEI: Z4EJD5RUQC56). Access is granted by invitation only to approved users.
Access to SureLock OS is limited to users who have been explicitly approved by SureLock. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Sharing access credentials is prohibited.
SureLock OS is provided for lawful business purposes related to government procurement and contracting operations. You agree not to use the platform to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including FAR/DFARS procurement regulations.
Opportunity data, supplier information, pricing, and analysis outputs generated within SureLock OS are confidential to SureLock LLC and its authorized users. You agree not to disclose or export this data outside the platform without written authorization.
SureLock OS integrates with SAM.gov and other government data sources. Your use of data retrieved from these sources must comply with their respective terms of service. SureLock is not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data.
SureLock OS is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. SureLock makes no guarantees regarding uptime, data accuracy, or fitness for any particular procurement outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SureLock LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SureLock OS.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in Benton County, Washington.
